Pickup and drop-off are the responsibility of the renter. All items must be returned in the same condition as received. These tents are designed to be fun, flexible, and festive — a blank canvas ready to turn any space into a magical sleepover setup.

**All orders require a refundable reservation deposit to secure your booking. A $20 deposit is required for any order under $99, and a $50 deposit is required for all orders $100 and above. This deposit must be added to your order before checkout and will be applied toward your total balance. Not adding the deposit to your order will result in a delay of booking and the booking will not be held until the deposit is paid.

After your items are received and inspected to ensure there is no damage or missing items, your refundable deposit will be returned to your original payment method within 72 hours, in accordance with our rental terms.
